I never bothered playing any of the 3DS Pokemon games but after all these years I still regret this so I'm going to try one out. Which one should I go for?

And surely they can't be any worse than SwSh?

Age old question but are Ultra Sun/Moon really better than the base games? I don't know anything about them other than the designs on the Ultra covers are retarded as fuck.

If it has to be one, I guess make it USUM.

SM have better stories, but it's also a shit story anyway. USUM has a worse story but has much more content and mons available. SM are redundant next to USUM.

Oras is fun but ok

SM/USUM are great but too similar, if you prefer story pick SM if you prefer gameplay pick USUM
