Every Pokemon has by this logic. I think it's safe to assume that game mechanics aren't indicative of anything. Also, PLA states that any Arceus you catch is just an avatar and not the whole thing.

Retard, the game opens up with the Divine Arceus speaking directly to the player, the entire goal of the game was to prove yourself worthy as the ancient hero had once before and face Arceus in a test of strength. Arceus set a challenge for the player and wasn't a sore loser when it got defeated like retards here crying over being able to catch God like you could God-like pokémon.

Fug can't match Eternatus in either form, which means Zacian easily shits on Fug.

B. Zacian itself can't break through Eternamax warping time and space, it needs Zamazenta as well. Implying they have a weapon Eternamax is specifically weak to, not that they're as strong as Eternamax.
