Can you mod older emulations so that TMs arent used when they teach their move? Hell theres alot of stuff I want modded like a level cap until you beat the gym leader so I dont have to worry about using a pokemon against trainers, max IVs for all pokemon so the trainers are harder and I dont have to worry about catching 50 different pokemon for a good roll on the 2-3 stats that actually matter, but every mod program I find only has stuff like change starting pokemon and trade pokemon evolve based on stones/levels.
