SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT NORTH/SOUTH KALOS. That has NEVER been a real goddamn thing at any point EVER. Kalos is supposed to be ALL of France.

For 9 FUCKING years you idiots have been parroting this shit, NO IT'S NOT REAL. Kalos is just the map of France but slightly flattened so it fits better on a 3DS screen. We can definitively say this, because if you overlay all of France and all of Kalos on top of each other, the cities and locations used for inspiration line up PRECISELY. If you squish Kalos to fit the "South Kalos" shit, the landmarks no longer sync up with each other.

Those maps you see online that appear to suggest more space in the south are looking at Kalos's map wrong. They are aligning Kalos's west coast incorrectly, and have the wrong part of the coast lining up with the shoreline it doesn't actually correspond to, making it seem as though there is plenty of space in the south. There isn't. Kalos is all of France, only slightly smooshed. PLEASE LET THE SOUTH KALOS THING DIE IT'S NOT A REAL FUCKING THING AAAAAAHHHH
