You're as retarded as centro son. Since HGSS, Game Freak has kept the senior staff on new Gen pair games. They've already started planning out Gen 10 and as soon as they finish SV completely, they're going to start work on that.
The other team handles the rest. The DLC (and the rehashes, when they still made them), any other new games set in the universe they create to fill out a Generation's releases. They don't typically add stuff from them to the new projects, as they don't collaborate on projects and the other team generally have their own ideas and plans for their game.
