I like the concept, but
Why the hats?
Couldn't you have represented the Pokemon's new type in ANY other way? Not some ridiculous headgear that in some cases is even bigger than the Pokemon it's attached to?
There must be some worm going around or mold in the vents at Game Freak that makes them incapable of doing anything cool without also making something about it stupid and lame for no reason.
