And after the widespread success of SS's DLC, I doubt they'd want to arbitrarily kill the lead Gen pair's sales by selling a new title next November. It's not a filler remake, released in between two Game Freak launches, after all. Maybe open your eyes and realise they work to patterns, even if they don't autistically hold onto those patterns. Rehash editions, ie "new" games sold for full-whack are dead, in favour of adding all-new shit to a region to bundle for the following year's christmas, to keep lead pair sales strong while also getting a better than rehash return, as any player, just starting or long finished can pick game up and play the DLC vs needing to restart the whole bloddy thing just to see what go newly added.
