4th gen Ice gym leader had normal clothing and hairstyle that made her cute
Also the rock type looked like a normal digger/mine worker
Guzma and team skull looked like irl certain kind of groups of people (but whiter and cleaner)
A lot of 1st and 2nd Gen designs looked like normal people (of course some with Japanese attires)
5th Gen aloe looked like a real American half nigger woman that has studies and is a profesor or something
Serena and Calem designs were pretty normal too
Korina had like a ponytail and messy hair because of the helmet but I remember her with an attire that suits a girl that usually goes everywhere with rollerblades
Alola is tricky because even if hairstyles are sometimes wacky, again, some attires match pretty well the characters daily activities and their real life hawaiian counterparts if they existed
Honestly even if pokemon has some wacky cartoony designs, they mostly fit well the environment and the characters, even if irl their designs would be ridiculous or don't make sense
