It's not just her, it's just the most obvious with her, but the characters have been pivoting in that direction in a while not to mention all of the customization. You must have been lobotomized if you took that to mean that I don't like her, which is not true, I think she's one of the more interesting characters we've seen so far and by no means did I expect to like all characters (I don't like the protags and Nemona is very meh).
No one expects to be wowed by every character so why did you project that expectation on me based on some barely critical commentary of one design?
My only point is that this case took a step wayyy out of the box but overall the character designs have been shifting in direction. I also base this on the (admittedly low) information on the other characters from the leaks. And a lot of the older generations (mine included) operate under this assumption that "all the kids have weird hair reeeeee" when this was a thing at least since Gen Xers were kids and even to an extent the boomers when they had long hair.
