What makes hoenn your favorite?
Sinnoh has some horrible designs, like Lickilicky, but there are a lot of great ones too, and the starters are actually amazing.
You may be onto something with Johto, HGSS did have basically everything you could ask for at that point in the series.
I don't know what makes something "comfy" for you so no comment there.
Correct about Unova, but not giving it enough credit. It gave us some of the best pokemon and hidden abilities are by far the best gimmick.
Alola was good. The Rainbow Rocket and Ultra beasts plots were fun.
You don't really need to play Galar. It has good pokemon and a few good waifu, but the story is garbo.
