do you think the starters and a select few other pokémon will get specific terastal designs?

the only reason i assume this is because of the leak about fuecoco having a chicken on its head, since terastal manifests as a kind of hat i wonder if each starter is going to have some kind of headgear that gets a terastal upgrade similar to how gigantamax forms were given for certain pokémon
