Post-apocalypse RPG set in an alt timeline Ruby

>Groudon won and drained the ocean because Kyogre never woke up
>Maxie couldn't stop Groudon from drying out the entire ocean before going on a rampage over Hoenn
>now the ocean is instead turned just a massive dry canyon
>Groudon is nesting in the Sootopolis crater and occasionallly leaves to roam the dried out ocean/travel near the former coastline (basically like Giga Bowser does in Bowser's Fury, except you can hide from him if you're not out in the open)
>most of the small towns are ghost towns, most survivors have relocated to New Mauvile
>pokemon aren't as common in the wild, supplies are scarse, and you have to keep track of water supply if you're staying out in the wild for too long
>overworld travel/battle system similar to Legends Arceus
>main objective of the game is finding a way to Mt Pyre to get the blue orb before searching the ravine for Kyogre without Groudon spotting you and blasting your ass to smithereens

Also in this I imagine groudon is like 200 feet tall like Giga Bowser or the fake groudon from the Jirachi movie and not a pitiful 7 feet like it is in the games.

Barring all the pornographic stuff thats gonna be said, I'd really love an edited combat system to the pokemon dungeon series for true co-op play. The online pokemon universe thing is a janky and lacks story. So a well-done game with a story to traverse would be great. Especially once you swap out/add team members, so your friend gets to play different mons.

Also if they wanted to do the usual 2-version schtick, I've also imagined a Sapphire version that would work:
