If they make Italy, they won't make the roman empire,they will just put a few references to its culture in there. same for Egypt, they'll put a sphinx pokemon and a pyramid thing and that's it.
However, ancient Aryan mythology actually influences it more, so Greece would be better than Italy at that and Egypt wouldn't be bad either.
Also they haven't done countries which the language isn't on the options, so if they wanna finish those we'll get Germany(yuck) and china which also wouldn't be bad
