Story in SM is better and USUM has a better postgame. I guess you could argue the league in USUM is also sightly better

I think LGPE is genuinely good. At a baseline, it's much more visually appealing than either of its predecessors in Generation's 6 and 7, and I think it blows Gen 8 out of the water.
