Fetish shit is literally only in the pixiv and 2 albums (that are put as R18 so you won't see it if you don't have an account). The twitter is pure feels-good stuff with some very minor swimsuit level fanservice, which the ones posted ITT are the extent of.
Also I believe the artist is female if you scroll (really really far) down to their 2014-2016 images where they post pics of their painted nails and girls with facemasks on.

Their twitter is way more updated than the pixiv. As someone who's not a twitter user I've noticed a lot of pixiv artists post their stuff on twitter first, several days or even months before posting it on pixiv, with some drawings even staying twitter exclusive. I'm not sure why they do that since Twitter art is far harder to browse and search.
Is there even a way to browse tags/categories like Pixiv? Or specifically fanart?

Pixiv is dead for most nip artists since they changed the T&C, also the way twitter works is unironically a plus for them because they don't like their art being shared for some autistic reason.

T&C? Yeah, I've heard about them not liking their art being shared for some reason. Apparently countless artists routinely purge their profiles which is why nyaa and some hentai sites try to archive them. It's weird because at this point the only way I learn about new artists is from booru sites and they're often very outdated themselves.
Ironically, it seems fetish artists keep their art around longer than regular fanartists. Although I have seen a few of them delete it too. I remember saving a bunch of one artist's pics with the intent of deleting them later and the very next day they did a mass removal. And according to IQDB a bunch of the pics I saved that they deleted haven't been posted anywhere else.

Quick rundown is that basically any art posted there became the property of Pixiv and they may use it as they please without asking for consent, including for commercial purposes.
The last thing an artist wants is to get a copyright strike for their own art, especially in a land as infamously anal about the subject as Japan.
