What would be the best way to catch a Shiny Alpha Eevee? Complete the game, get the shiny stone, perfect Eevee's dex entry, and then try my luck? Would starting a new game and only catching Eevees increase the odds of only Eevee mass outbreaks happening? I don't want to unpatch the game and abuse the old glitch.
