it would be pretty funny if someone was caught as a cheater because a slowpoke of all pokemon damaged itself
it's not a legitimate run anyway because there doesn't seem to be a full complete single video and the person speeds up the gameplay
I can't think of a single speedrun variant of any game that allows speeding up the game and be a legitimate run
and some other people are saying there is candy shenanigans going on as well
