Archie spends the whole game being impressed that this Literal Child is whooping his ass every time they battle, and wants to see you grow and improve as a trainer. His plan comes from a place of genuine love for Pokemon, but he's also too dumb to consider the scale of his actions; he wants to make the world a better place for Pokemon, but fails to consider the fact that flooding the world kills so many land-dwelling mons.
OG teams are forgettable and all i remember about maxie in oras is "mm land good people good"
