? Minor legendaries are always allowed in VGC, after which the restricted format comes into play that usually allows 1 or 2 major legendaries.
On top of that we're currently are in a format that allows mythicals too.

I don't create teams competitively. I actually don't use legendaries for my far more autistic head-canon that such powerful monsters probably wouldn't allow themselves to be caught by some random kid. I don't care if I'm the 'protagonist'. I at least have control over the degree in which this game is going to Mary-Sue me.
