I hope TPC funds a Pokemon visual novel so I can dab harder on all the Digimon shills flooding the board when it easily sells 10 times as well as Survive.

I doubt TPC would want to add any romance or overly dark stuff in any of their games.

Well, not surprising. If anything what is surprising is how long it took to admit it just wasn't happening.

Though I wasn't a fan of the art (especially the way the uniforms were drawn), I could overlook that for a passion project. Shame they didn't have the passion for it.

...Has /vp/ ever tossed around the idea of making our own Pokemon vn?

Digimon has such a delusional fanbase. No one who has actually played this game would want a repeat but of a different franchise, not even a repeat at all. The gameplay is terrible, but the story is great. So the consensus should be just a visual novel without any sort of gameplay to be made. The game was delayed several times for a reason, because the devs couldn’t figure out how to make this shit actually fun and just rode with the off chance the story being good would outweigh the actual game being ass.

Keep seething. Cyber Sleuth was better than any main series Pokémon game, and Survive was solid if you're not a retard who thought that a game that was officially described as 70% VN would be combat heavy.
