The premise of the question was if we can discern if this person is a male or female, which doesn't necessarily mean it has to based on pronouns. If we can't tell based on pronouns, then there must be some other context that we can use. All you said was that we couldn't tell based on pronouns and then stopped there and got a hair up your ass about it. It's not a difficult question to comprehend for anyone with an IQ over 50.
