a person's legs don't bend all the way to the side while running and a person even bending their legs like this takes years of elasticity. And you can't do it while running and having your legs completely stretched.
Also the lizard's foot is the same size as the bends on its legs, which doesn't happen on Inceleon because inceleon has human anatomy.
