I hate the shading.
The lighting and shading is way too detailed for how simple he draws the Pokemon, and it drives me up the wall.
OTHERWISE it looks great though, just needs either a bit less detail in the lighting and shading, or a little more detail on the Pokemon, they look like 3D models in a bad way.
