Pretty much all bug types are good, but my favorites are Volcarona, Frosmoth and Kleavor.
Beedrill and Butterfree used to be my favorites and I has a soft spot for Parasect as well. All the gen 2 and gen 7 bugs are great, and Scolipede and Galvantula were my second favorite bug lines of gen 5
