i don't know I just like having the feeling of progressing with my bros and 2 stage don't give that feeling, you might even have 2 stage who take too long to evolve it's no good
3 stage offers the best of both world

guess what? it was a Staravia. part of a three stage line. yet it didn't change shit
I'm not saying three stage lines are le bad, I'm just saying there's no real difference between it being 2 stages and 3 stages

the regional bird acording to kaka has 2 normal/flying stages and its final evo is electric flying. its also based on a seagull.

as for the regional bug we only know its a grass hooper/cricket

Uh so no, Kaka just said the bird was a flying/electric seagull but that started out as a normal/flying, he never said it's a 3 stage pokemon.

No, it's 105 with convergents and paradox forms (there are just regional forms that aren't included)
If you don't consider paradox form as new pokemon you can already remove 16 of the 105.
