Who said that? Alcremie is also a shit design, and its pre-evo is literally a splash of jizz.
Same goes for the new dog pokemon. It's a slightly less shitty version of the dog from Galar, which was also a godawful design.

My only major gripe with it is that it’s a 3-stage that is still an absolute shitmon, even in-game, when fully evolved. I’ve used it a couple times and it’s just annoying to try and use in-game due to how weak it is. It’s not worth the effort it takes to even get it fully evolved in its 40s. At the very least, Vanillish was unnecessary. Could’ve been a 2-stage mon that became fully evolved around 30

This is the one Pokemon I hate. I even like its first two stages, but this one is just way too far. I hope it's cut and never comes back ever. The fact that they gave it snow warning it's just a slap in the face to all the Superior ice types.
