Why can't the Ashime just move on to something different? Why not try new things so the episodes and plot aren't always so one-note and straightforward? Why stick with a single protagonist for long leading him to be so inconsistently written and unappealing?

I mean hell, the anime already borrows whatever the games produce and reassembles it so that it's even more watered down than it already was for kids. Why not just do a retelling or reimagining of the game's stories each season?
