Just talked with one of the translator coordinators (not saying which lenguage) and despite not wanting to say much they mentioned a theory they have about one specific line that got translated as something like "You may look older right now but I assure you its only a temporary side effect of this place" they suppose by that line and others that there is a place were you can hunt past and future mons that seemingly makes your character look older.
