Pokemon battles are literally just a calculator, you can find all the equations for damage calcs etc on any of the wikis. Nintendo can't 'copyright' you plugging those numbers into an algorithm to make a battle sim

The use of Pokemon models is the only thing that could get them in trouble, but again you can literally find all that shit on google, and if it went down someone else could recreate and reupload the whole thing by the end of the day
