What are you talking about, groudon wasnt much worse than kyogre prior to or after the primals, if anything it was during the introduction of the primals that one was significantly better than the other for the first time with pdon being much better than pogre

Calyrex-Shadow is such a polarizing Pokémon that three Pokémon became high tier due to it. Yvetal to counter Calyrex, Eternatus to Yvetal, And DM Necrozma to Counter Eternatus. You know how Gen 7 OU have Ash-Greninja, Heatran, Landorus, and Magearna, well this is this Gen's version of those 4 Pokémon.

Reminder that Zacian and Zamazenta are the first box legendaries to not just have their stats shuffled around.
One is minmaxed and the other is "balanced".

Another thing is that if you look at Zamazenta's stats it would be a fantastic pokemon on paper but the moves and typing really let it down.

Pretty sure you mean Zekrom and Reshiram. Groudon and Kyogre for 20 years have been some of the most important Ubers.
