Masters sounds okay because it's just quick voice clips and grunts but a full scale voice acted game that TCPi are in charge of is a stupid wish if you understand what it is that you're asking for.
The current Pokemon anime is licenced by Netflix and thus can pool from actually good voice actors yet even the industry veterans sound bored as all hell. I remember following Alejandro Saab since his days on YouTube (KaggyFilms or something I believe), the dude had an insane amount of passion for his craft and when he finally got official work it was a testament to his talent and love for his work. He currently voices Leon and its some of the most boring phoned in bullshit I've heard.
If you understood what it was you'd be getting, you'd be fucking thankful Pokemon isn't voice acted.
