Sales are the only metric we have to determine how good a game is. Everything else is just shitty opinions. Sales do not necessarily equal good, but they are the only thing we can measure that even comes close. If a game sells like shit compared to its peers it's more than likely a bad game.

Except most Pokemon games aren't peers because they're released on different systems at different times. IF sales are going to be used to judge games, then Pokemon could only be compared to the games they're actually competing with (the ones on the same systems are around the same time).

I mean I can see my player spazzing out with d-pad at the beginning (I even went back and tried it again in the same video to be sure) but it didnt made me jump.
Even with the analog stick it seems to give you a little bit of leeway so you dont instantly jump off the ledge.

I love Platinum but hate BDSP. I played them back to back and only bought BDSP because I got it for very, very cheap. I can't even play it. The remakes control like absolute fucking ass, they're ugly (beyond even just the chibi model just in general they are ugly. The lightning is ugly.), and they didn't scale it to EXP share or affection changes at all. I am so over leveled after the first gym without any grinding. In a game where you need to fight all the trainers to unlock the post game. Fuck these games.
