So basically they combined Cynthia's DP and Platinum teams by dropping Lucario and giving her both Gastrodon and Togekiss

She doesn't have a Mega Garchomp in any media appearance except Masters.
It's the most composite team you could get for her

yeah her team is fucking amazing
gastrodon and milotic maybe a little redundant but she had a lucario before, which gave her fairy coverage before fairy was even a thing.
