If that wasn't possible they could have saved some of the babies for a later gen or even jut scrapped some babies entirely,(I think Pokemon would survive without Iggylbuff)
Or if that wasn't possible they could have just made its stats not a complete joke. Or even let it learn Hidden Power multiple times but with different coverage
Unown doesn't even make sense the way it is now. It should have/ and could have been one of the coolest Pokemon ever, but now its nothing but a strawman for zoomers to use in thee GEN2 SUX titter posts
