I Charizard doesn't instantly faint if you somehow skill swap Tail Shed into him and then make him use Substitute, this game is garbage.

Shed Tail is a move, and I doubt Charizard will be able to learn it. Assuming it's not exclusive to Cyclizar, it'll probably only be learned by other lizard Pokemon like Heliolisk and Sceptile. Maybe the Slowpoke line too.

In SWSH a lot of new pokemon get exclusive moves, just look up some of the moves you don't recognize on pokemon DB and you'll find they're only usable by one line of galarmons. This was even in arceus too, the starters each got an exclusive move on their final evo that no other pokemon can use. I don't really think it's a bad thing since it makes some shitmons unique, but you should never get your hopes up that a move won't be exclusive if you see a new pokemon using it.

The anime in general isn't hard canon, it just tries to vaguely follow whats canon. It does not define canon, any new info it brings up is in a grey zone.
Fucking Grotle of all things got conflicting info from the anime, where its fruit is called disgusting to humans in the anime but tasty in Legends.

Acorns are fruit, which is whats specified in japanese. Nothing actually says in legends that its a "berry" looking at it.
Even if this was the case, trees don't grow multiple fruit; this is just a harder contradiction in that case.
