I guess it would work about as well on Sceptile as it would on any other mon.
But it should be another mon in the party using it since Sceptile is a setup sweeper.

I'm just saying it doesn't really synergize well with Sceptile's M.O.
Would be better on a bulky lizard with a lot of HP. And a slow one so that it can give a free switch to Sceptile.
