It's like asking for a sample with no outliers, that doesn't happen in nature.
But on average men tend to lean towards confrontational thinking compared to passive-aggressive thinking. Which makes sense, one is ok to fight while the other would like to retaliate in ways that avoid threatening their safety.
Woman on average are better in tune with social settings and the tone of a group. Women naturally adapt to languages, cultures, and new settings faster than men. Which again makes sense for a gender which depended on the group and it's acceptance to survive, whereas males were more reliant on their physical abilities to fit in society, which also meant they didn't need to rely on others to provide for them as much due to being a provider.
It's not complicated at all to look any of this through the lense of human evolution as if we are monkeys. Being offended because it highlights the difference in men and women, which apparently goes against your faith, is a teenage behavior. Like you are so in a rush to see gender politics and "LOL WE ARE THE SAME" is such a kneejerk response, you are completely failing to see the logic and sense in the observation
