>>51272896Who's joking? Game Freak proved they can release three games in three years several times over. But they roped in ILCA and released 4 this Gen, almost as if they're trial running a shift in the M.O. of the studio (say, needing a burner game for a burner year, to allow them to launch Gen 10 in 2026, but still have Pokémon launching at Christmas every year up to that point).
It's either ILCA or it'll be another Gear Project-tier newbie studio, but I'd almost guarantee they doing something akin to that, as they understand launching a new game in an anniversary year can bump profits massively (retards here still blame SM/20th anniversary for why Z got axed, for fuck's sake) and they did a 2 hour livestream, revealing TOWN gameplay for the studio's 30th anniversary already.
