If it was something ike WiiU or 3DS to Switch, where the carts can't be played on it, or access to the games on its ecosystem occurs, then it can't be counted. But if it has backwards compatibilty, it can and should be counted. Fuck, the other two use it as a marketing point of their new systems for fuck's sake.
