Assuming he's in the game, yes.
But that'll probably just be a low-ladder meme strat that only works on kids who use 4 attack moves on every mon.
The strat that's likely to get any real usage is either HDB or Safety Goggles. Not sure what type is gonna be big, though. Probably not Electric because Earthquake is everywhere.
