How the fuck have we gone eight (soon to be nine) full gens without a proper Pegasus?
Gen 8 had THREE fucking horses yet none of them were a pegasus. Feels weird.

Absol is more based on a mountain lion or chimera, but it's mega form did kinda get the unicorn treatment. One (very sharp) horn, wings, a snow white coat, quadrupedal, and the added fairy type are pretty unicorn-like traits.
