Black 2 and White 2, absolute darlings of the fanbase, were released in the past 10 years.
X and Y were decent.
Sun and Moon were great.

As far as spin-offs:
Pokémon Conquest wasn't amazing but it was a fun and interesting little diversion. I wish they made another SRPG because the concept is gold.
New Pokémon Snap was fantastic.
Pokkén Tournament isn't a great fighting game, but I'll be damned if it isn't fun to play.
