Outside of its' BST and being a one stage pokemon it fits most of the parameters and a fire/bug psuedo would be unique, plus BW is the first game since gen 3 to emphasize polarity in the region and it strikes a nice balance of being day to Hydreigon's night(and yeah the Ghidorah and Mothra inspirations for you Godzillafags). All it's really missing is nice chrysalis mid-stage that would probably alleviate that late level evolution a bit.
