Still at a better place than getting hunger shakes and never feeling quite full after gorging a lot of empty calories and I'm speaking from a place where I used to slay all sorts of snack cakes and whole chip bags almost daily or guzzled 40-70oz of soda whenever making a trip to 7-11. It's not easy making that change but it's not impossible.
