Typhlosion is part Ground-type in Polished, yeah? How's that been? Part of the reason I never use Typhlosion is how barren its learnset is

Playing Shining Pearl.
Went for a hyper offensive team with screens support using mons I don't normally use.
Simple swords dance Bibarel is broken in single player, I'm happy I ended up using it.

I had Simple Bibarel too, took it all the way to the end. After maxing out with Swords Dance and Double Team it was an untouchable god

Been doing a marathon of sorts, aim to finish before SV releases. I have attached a somewhat autistic rule that no evolution line can be used more than once throughout the marathon and another rule is that each team member has to participate in the final/champion battle.

Just finished Alpha Sapphire last night, ended up being overlevelled but Steven was a decent fight with this team, at least.

And snover and piloswine have a good synergy anyways

Playing White 1 for the first time since 2011. Doing a Bizarro version of my original team of Serperior, Crustle, Chandelure, Swoobat, Vanilluxe, and Zweilous. Only have 7 badges right now, doing the Team Plasma bullshit, and will be getting Bisharp in a Luxury Ball when I get the chance.

I considered it but I wanted more of a challenge. I'm also a big fan of Phanpy/Donphan and this was the best time to use one. GF doesn't want you to have fun with those mons on casual runs.

I had a Lombre on my most recent Emerald but I didn't realize you pretty much don't get access to a Water Stone until after the 7th gym so I ended up boxing it. Did you use Lombre the whole time?

Yah, he was my first pokemon (after banking starter). He becomes pretty good after you get surf and the beat the sixth gym. Surf, Ice Beam, and Giga Drain. Good enough for a casual playthough.
