not exactly, they're both broken for different reasons, rayquaza however is only broken in singles, meanwhile zavian dominates both and i just proved myself wrong nevermind

every pseudo has at least 100 points in wasted stats EXCEPT garchomp

like an anon once said it even has 102 speed so it's 2 steps ahead of most of it's adversaries

Mega Fug was deleted from existence, and even if it wasn't, I don't think Zacian being around would make people stop using it.
It would just go from the #1 most broken mon to #2 most broken.
Powercreep would be if everything became so strong that Megafug stopped even being useful.
