Recently started playing through it, nearly done, and I'm liking it a lot. I do wish it had carried over stuff like the updated gym leader teams from Emerald, and obviously I want the Battle Frontier, but I'm very satisfied with what I've got. Knowing what's in the post-game, with a shitload of out-of-region pokemon to catch and plenty of legendaries to collect, I'm convinced that /vp/ would never stop sucking ORAS's dick if it had the BF.
But I'm also a weirdo who likes XY despite its total lack of post-game content, so whatever.
Funny story, when I started getting back into pokemon around 2018, I remember someone on another board (maybe /co/?) telling me that XY was shit but ORAS was a masterpiece and had the most content of any pokemon game.
