>mons always keep the exact same colour scheme upon evolution
>dex is filled with cool/waifu/edgy mons, no sign of funny, goofy, aloof, robotic, chilidish, cutesy, etc mons
>lots of unnecessary 3 stage evos where the middle one is clearly an afterthought
>design entirely based on recent pop culture or adult themes (drugs, sex, etc)
>doesn't bother trying to replicate or understand mon designs, claim it's their own style or that it's better than modern gf designs
>0 understanding of colour theory
