My headcanon is that the BW and B2W2 protagonists are stepsiblings. Their mothers were banged and impregnated by the same Chad. That's why their moms seem so close and why characters like N see a resemblance between the two MCs. It's why Hilbert and Hilda look very similar to their mom but Nate and Rosa look a little different from their mom.
