Anyone knows what the chance for any random pokemon to be alpha?

i just want an alpha voltorb, i've found 3 shinies while trying to get one in massive mass outbreaks

What anon said. Additionally you can just catch a static Alpha Alakazam in the Fieldlands. Or just hit 1111 - 1111 for trades and flash a Kadabra or Haunter until someone matches you.
